Description
The building is a single-story commercial retail shell located in Rockledge, FL, designed for flexible multi-tenant occupancy. The layout supports future build-outs for eight tenant suites and was designed with long-term functionality, visibility, and clean tenant access in mind.
CAD Design Systems provided full drafting and construction documentation, as well as photorealistic renderings used for marketing and city permitting. The clean façade, strategic storefront placements, and detailed code compliance diagrams reflect a forward-thinking approach to retail development
Requriement
Architectural Layout
• Eight divisible tenant spaces with symmetrical layout and storefront exposure
• Shell structure includes bathroom chase walls, roof drainage, RTU pads, and egress planning
• Designed to comply with NFPA 101 and Florida Building Code – Commercial (2023)
• Life Safety Plan defines clear egress, occupancy limits, and ADA requirements
Exterior Elevations
• Modern style featuring:
o Brick veneer facade with varying parapet heights (15’–21′)
o Decorative wood-look slats for signage background
o Aluminum storefront glazing across the entire east-facing front elevation
• Roofline and overhangs are coordinated with structural and water management design
