These Purchase Order Terms apply to all services provided by CAD Design Systems unless otherwise specified in a written agreement.
Services will be performed according to the scope described in the approved proposal or agreement.
Changes to the project scope may require additional fees and schedule adjustments.
Projects may be billed as fixed-scope services or time and materials, depending on the project type.
An initial payment or mobilization fee may be required prior to the commencement of work.
Work performed may be invoiced every thirty (30) days based on services performed.
Hourly billing rates typically range from:
$50 per hour to $125 per hour, depending on the level of personnel, technology, or specialized services involved.
Invoices are due upon receipt unless otherwise specified in the proposal.
Invoices not paid within seven (7) days after the invoice due date may be subject to a late charge of three percent (3%) per month on the outstanding balance, calculated until the balance is paid in full.
CAD Design Systems reserves the right to pause or suspend work on projects with overdue balances.
Clients may be responsible for reasonable costs associated with collection of unpaid balances.
Final drawings, models, datasets, maps, imagery, and reports may be withheld until all outstanding invoices have been paid in full.
All drawings, maps, models, imagery, and geospatial datasets produced by CAD Design Systems remain the property of CAD Design Systems until payment has been received in full.
Clients are responsible for providing accurate project information including:
Property surveys when required
Engineering information
Municipal requirements
Project specifications
Site access when necessary
CAD Design Systems is not responsible for errors resulting from inaccurate or incomplete client-provided information.
Minor revisions related to the original project scope may be included.
Major scope changes or additional revisions may require additional fees.
The client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless CAD Design Systems from claims arising from construction activities, contractor performance, or project execution based on drawings, maps, or datasets provided.
Any dispute arising from services provided by CAD Design Systems shall first be attempted to be resolved through good faith negotiation.
If resolution cannot be reached, disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of courts within the State of Florida.
Approval of a proposal, authorization to begin work, or payment of an invoice constitutes acceptance of these Purchase Order Terms.
