Services Provided

CAD Design Systems provides technical services supporting land development, engineering, and construction projects, including but not limited to:

• Site and land planning

• Civil drafting and design support

• Grading and drainage planning support

• RTK GNSS geospatial data collection

• GIS mapping and analysis

• Drone mapping and photogrammetry

• Terrain modeling and volumetric analysis

• As-built documentation

• Construction progress documentation

• Aerial photography and marketing imagery

Important: CAD Design Systems provides drafting, mapping, and data services only. We are not a licensed land surveying firm and do not provide boundary surveys or certified surveying services. Engineering services requiring professional licensure must be performed and sealed by appropriately licensed professionals.

RTK GNSS Mapping & Site Data Collection

We utilize RTK GNSS equipment and geospatial data collection methods to capture site information for planning, drafting, and modeling purposes.
Data collected through GNSS systems is used to support engineering workflows, mapping, and design development. These services do not replace a boundary survey or certified topographic survey prepared by a licensed land surveyor.

Drone Mapping & Aerial Data Collection

CAD Design Systems may use unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) to collect aerial imagery and geospatial data for:

• Aerial mapping

• Orthomosaic imagery

• Terrain modeling

• Volumetric analysis

• Construction progress documentation

• Project visualization

Drone operations are conducted in accordance with applicable FAA regulations, including Part 107 Remote Pilot requirements. Aerial mapping data is intended for planning, visualization, and analytical purposes only and is not a substitute for licensed surveying services.

GIS Mapping

We may utilize GIS data sources and spatial analysis tools to support planning and feasibility studies, including:

• Zoning overlays

• Flood zone mapping

• Parcel mapping

• Environmental and land use mapping

GIS mapping relies on publicly available or third-party datasets and may contain limitations or inaccuracies outside the control of CAD Design Systems.

Intellectual Property

All drawings, models, maps, imagery, reports, and data produced by CAD Design Systems remain the intellectual property of CAD Design Systems until payment has been received in full.
Website content, including text, graphics, and branding, may not be reproduced without written permission.

Limitation of Liability

CAD Design Systems prepares drawings, maps, and geospatial data based on information supplied by clients, consultants, surveyors, contractors, or publicly available sources. CAD Design Systems is not responsible for:

• Contractor construction methods

• Field conditions differing from available data

• Engineering design decisions

• Permit approvals or regulatory outcomes

• Errors in information supplied by third parties

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the total liability of CAD Design Systems shall not exceed the amount paid for the services provided.

Governing Law

These terms shall be governed and interpreted under the laws of the State of Florida.
